Help needed on installing Sql Server 2000 on Win2k3.

Hi All Gurus
I am trying to install SQL2K on Win2003 Ent.Ed.
I could successfully configure MSDTC as a resource , then i tried to install
Sql Server 2k (Ent Ed), After i provided all the information like ip name,
n/name all off a sudden , istallation failed saying cannot continue .
I checked, both the nodes , terminal services is not running.
Please help I am simulating this clustering as a proof of concept.and Once
this is done i need to do the same on production, in 15 days.
Please Please help
I looked at all the resouces but could not
Here are some helpful resources
SQL Server 2000 cluster does not install on Windows Server 2003-based
computers where Terminal Services is installed

Note that Remote Desktop Connection is not Terminal services for the
purposes of this article.
PRB: Virtual SQL Server 2000 Installation Fails on Cluster That Has Eight
Nodes
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;811054
This is probably the most common problem I see
PRB: Installation of a named instance of SQL Server 2000 virtual server on a
Windows 2003-based cluster fails
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;815431
Finally, make sure you are launching the installer from a Domain-level
account that is a local administrator on all nodes. Log in to each of the
nodes using the launch account, the cluster account, and the SQL service
account before starting the installation.

Is this the error you are getting? "An error occurred while creating
virtual server resources for clustering. Cluster specific registry entries
couldn't be written" If so, then make sure the remote registry service is
running on all nodes. I had this problem this morning and that work for me.

I did exactly like the KB says.
Terminal Service Component is not installed on either nodes. But when i
check the services then Terminal Server says started but the buttons on the
top (start, pause and stop) are all grayed out.
Again i am not using named instance, it is default .
I cannot find any any sql logs either, nothing is in the data drive (shared
data on cluster)apart from program files\Mssql\Install\SetUp.iss.
